Yet, time and again, I encountered the glass ceiling—and at times, the unyielding concrete ceiling.

The turning point came when I recognized the transformative power of embracing authenticity and leveraging personal strengths. After years of witnessing and experiencing the same workplace disparities, I knew I couldn’t stand by any longer. It was time to take action.
